Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, design, and operations teams

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Maintain recruitment pipeline and hiring reports

Employee Management

Manage employee onboarding and documentation

- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database
- Handle employee engagement activities and team culture initiatives
- Resolve employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations

HR Operations

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies

- Ensure smooth joining and exit formalities
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team
- Maintain HR records and compliance documentation

Performance & Culture

Monitor employee performance and attendance

- Support management in setting KPIs and appraisal processes
- Build a positive, energetic startup work culture
- Organize team meetings, events,



and training sessions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 1–5 years of HR experience (startup or digital marketing industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools

Preferred Skills

Experience in hiring for sales and digital marketing roles

- Knowledge of payroll and attendance systems
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
