Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Velmoc Tools is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, handle employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating hiring processes, maintaining HR records, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration in collaboration with finance,



and supporting training and development initiatives. The role also involves partnering with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
- Experience in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and basic HR analytics or reporting.
- Ability to design and support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems and standard office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or tools-related environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Chandigarh and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting.
