Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGD HRM)

HR Operations (Hire-to-Retire)

- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, role changes, benefits administration, employee movements, and separations.

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR transactions through Shared Services and relevant stakeholders.

- Manage employee records and HR documentation while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance.

- Support payroll administration through accurate and timely submission of employee lifecycle changes and payroll inputs.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, audits, and governance standards.

HR Shared Services Governance

- Act as the primary interface between business HR teams and Shared Services teams.

- Monitor service delivery performance, turnaround times, and process adherence.

- Resolve employee and stakeholder escalations related to HR operations.

- Drive service excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

HR Systems & Digital Enablement

- Administer HRIS platforms and employee self-service systems.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across HR systems.





- Support system implementations, enhancements, testing, user management, and change management activities.

- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.

- Promote adoption of digital HR tools and automation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with HRBPs, employees, managers, Shared Services, payroll teams, finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver seamless HR services.

- Provide guidance and support on HR processes, systems, and employee lifecycle transactions.

- Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the employee journey.

Impact of the Role

- Drives effective governance and performance of Shared Services.
