The Souled Store is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

HR Intern to join our HR team. The role will primarily support

Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

, providing hands-on exposure to recruitment as well as day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Support the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities

.

- Source candidates through

LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring platforms

.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment MIS

.

- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.

- Support offer coordination and candidate follow-ups.

HR Operations

- Assist with day-to-day





HR operational activities and documentation

.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers.

- Support HR in maintaining accurate employee data.

- Assist with various HR reports and MIS.

- Coordinate with employees and internal teams on routine HR-related requirements.

- Support the HR team with employee documentation and other operational processes.

- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate / pursuing graduation in

HR, Management, or a related field

.

- Strong interest in

Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

- Positive knowledge of

MS Excel / Google Sheets

.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

- Ability to work in
