About the Role

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as HR Interns – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations.

This internship provides practical, supervised exposure to recruitment and HR operations, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, preliminary candidate assessment, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment pipeline management.

This opportunity is suitable for students, recent graduates, and individuals interested in developing their careers in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job descriptions, required skills, experience levels, and hiring criteria.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and skilled networks.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match the job requirements.
- Assist with preliminary candidate screening using approved screening questions.
- Collect and organize relevant candidate information, including skills, experience, location, notice period, and availability.
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding job opportunities and recruitment updates.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule discussions, and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring pipeline records.
- Assist with candidate shortlisting and profile submission documentation.
- Track candidate progress through different stages of the recruitment process.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment activity reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.




- Maintain accurate recruitment records and follow confidentiality and candidate data-handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to support ongoing hiring requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

- Students, recent graduates, or candidates interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to understand job requirements and compare candidate profiles.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up skills and a professional approach to candidate communication.
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools, processes, and HR workflows.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic understanding of recruitment terminology and the hiring process.
- Familiarity with Naukri or other job portals.
- Interest in technical and non-technical recruitment.
