Human Resource Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices and the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee guidelines.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, KPIs/KRAs, confirmations, and increments.
- Ensure proper joining, documentation, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee databases.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower planning and HR requirements.
- Conduct HR meetings, employee feedback sessions, and workplace policy communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / HR Manager roles.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
- Good understanding of HR policies and employment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS/HR portals.
