Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and manage offer negotiations.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
