Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Manage the complete hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.

Coordinate with management and respective departments for hiring requirements.

Maintain employee records and joining documentation.

Employee Management

Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and overall conduct.

Ensure employees follow company policies, rules, and workplace standards.

Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally.

Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful work setting.

Task & Performance Monitoring

Ensure tasks delegated by management and department heads are properly communicated and completed within deadlines.

Follow up with employees on pending assignments and responsibilities.

Maintain accountability and escalate delays or repeated non-compliance to management.

Track overall employee productivity and coordination between departments.

Workplace Discipline & Decorum





Maintain professional workplace decorum and ensure employees adhere to company expectations.

Monitor inappropriate behavior, negligence, misconduct, or repeated violations of company policies.

Take appropriate disciplinary action in consultation with management.

Employee Exits & Termination

Manage the resignation, notice period, handover, and exit process.

Handle employee termination as directed by management and in accordance with company policies and applicable law.

Ensure proper documentation and clearance during employee exits.

HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee files, attendance records, leave records, and HR documentation.

Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Provide regular HR updates and reports to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
