We are looking for an HR qualified who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and general HR operations .

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Source, screen & shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Handle onboarding & joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave & basic HR operations
- Support employee engagement activities
- Coordinate manpower requirements with management
- Handle day-to-day HR administration

Requirements:

• Experience in Recruitment + General HR Operations

- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage hiring

• Experience in NBFC / Loan / Financial Services is an advantage

- Immediate joiners preferred
