.We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day people-related activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently while supporting a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.

- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Support onboarding and joining formalities.

- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.

- Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR operations.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports and records.

- Support employee engagement and company HR initiatives.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a related role.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.

- Good organisational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
