Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR MIS Executive with 34 years of experience in HR reporting, MIS, data analysis, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, Python, HR data attributes, and dashboard development, along with a good understanding of recruitment and employee analytics.

The role will involve managing HR data, developing automated reports and dashboards, tracking key recruitment metrics, and providing actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

HR MIS & Data Analytics

- Manage and maintain HR MIS and employee-related datasets with high accuracy and data integrity.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources.
- Define and maintain relevant HR data attributes and ensure consistency across HR systems and reports.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management and business stakeholders.
- Identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in HR data and provide meaningful insights.

Dashboard & Reporting

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key HR and recruitment metrics.
- Create automated MIS reports using Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, and Python.
- Build dashboards covering recruitment funnel, hiring performance, source effectiveness, attrition, retention, and other HR KPIs.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.

Recruitment Analytics

- Track and analyze Source Mix and recruitment channel effectiveness.
- Monitor the recruitment funnel, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
- Analyze Offer Approval Process data and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Track offer-to-join ratios and recruitment turnaround time.
- Provide insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring efficiency.

Retention & Attrition Analytics

- Prepare and analyze employee retention and attrition reports.
- Track attrition trends by department, function, tenure, location,



designation, and other relevant HR attributes.
- Identify key patterns and trends contributing to employee attrition.
- Support HR teams with data-driven insights for retention initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, Recruitment MIS, or HR Data Analytics.
- Experience working with HRMS/ATS systems and extracting HR reports will be an added advantage.
