Urgent Chance for the role of HSE Supervisor Aurangabad site

Job Summary The HSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental practices across construction project sites. The role ensures compliance with company policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture to prevent incidents and injuries.

Key Responsibilities

Health & Safety Compliance

- Enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and site safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.

Education:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.

Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in construction projects such as commercial buildings, high-rise structures, industrial plants, data centers, warehouses, infrastructure, or residential projects.
