Position: HR Intern

Work Mode: On-Site

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

About the Role

Corenest Tech LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who want to gain practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship will provide exposure to recruitment, candidate management, HR operations, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.

Based on your performance, consistency, and contribution, you may receive a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) with the company after completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate screening when required.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with team members and maintain regular work updates.
- Support daily HR operations and assigned HR projects.
- Participate in team meetings and company activities.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
