Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving people strategies that support organizational growth and business objectives. The role will focus on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and leadership advisory while ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business and delivery leaders to drive people strategy and workforce planning.
- Own performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, engagement, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Leverage HR metrics and insights to drive organizational effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D;, and HR Operations teams to deliver HR programs.
- Support organizational change, leadership capability building, and culture initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- 7+ years of HR experience, with significant experience in an HRBP role
- Expertise in performance management, employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning
- Valuable understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
