Bcom/MHRM/MBA in HR with strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Searching and Shortlisting right Candidates for required post
- Conducting Direct and Telephonic Interview .
- Provide Offer letters and documents list for the hired employees .
- Assisting new hires and management process including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information as needed.
- HR Induction Programmes.
- Employee Data filing.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
