Key Responsibilities

- Candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and databases - Screening CVs and shortlisting suitable candidates - Conducting initial candidate calls - Scheduling and coordinating interviews - Maintaining candidate records and recruitment databases - Following up with candidates regarding interviews and joining - Assisting with onboarding and documentation - Supporting daily HR and recruitment activities - Updating recruitment status and reports - Coordinating with recruiters and management Skills Required:





- Good communication skills - Basic computer knowledge - Ability to communicate confidently with candidates - Basic knowledge of MS Office - Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes - Good organizational and follow-up skills What You Will Learn:
