Role & responsibilities
1. Having relevant experience in hiring across different levels at Pan India Level and diverse competencies (Sales, Product, Wealth management etc.)
2. Sourcing through various job portals, head hunting, Social Networking sites, and references as per the specified JD.
3. Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. 4. Short listing the candidates through modes like telephonic screening, preliminary rounds & checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm etc.
4. Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations.
5. Able to anticipate the upcoming vacancies & be prepared with the pipeline of potential candidates
