Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the 's qualifications.

- Assist in scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment role.

- Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and practices.

- Proficiency in using HRSd (Human Resource Software) systems for sourcing profiles.
