We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR recruiter(male or female) to joinour team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end- to -end recruitment and talent aquisition, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibility

- Handle end- to-end recruitment process (creating job post, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Conduct intial HR interviews and schedule further rounds with managers
- Ensure smooth onboarding follow ups
- Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experince as HR recruiter
- Prior experince inmanufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple requirements
- Candidates must be located in chennai
- Basic knowledge of HR operation will be prefered

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree / MBA/ PG in HR or related filed.
