Handle End-to-End Recruitment for leading Indian & MNC clients.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical & leadership roles.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
