About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Understand hiring requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and discuss job roles, responsibilities, and company policies with selected candidates.




- Coordinate documentation and onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and track hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
