Key Responsibilities
Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna & references
Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
Call candidates and conduct initial screening
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Handle the complete recruitment process: Sourcing → Screening → Coordination → Negotiation → Joining
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Preferred Candidates
Candidates currently working or previously worked in a Recruitment Agency, HR Consultancy, or Placement Consultancy will be given extra preference.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
