- Manage endtoend Leave of Absence LOA cases from initiation through returntowork
- Review leave requests and supporting documentation against applicable company policies and processes
- Coordinate with employees HR managers payroll benefits teams and external leave benefits providers
- Maintain accurate and timely case records ensuring all required documentation is complete

- Review leave requests and supporting documentation against applicable company policies and processes

- Maintain accurate and timely case records ensuring all required documentation is complete What are we looking for?
- Experience in Leave of Absence Absence Management HR Operations or HR Shared Services
- Strong understanding of LOA processes policies eligibility documentation and case management
- Leave and absence management processes particularly FMLA ADA STDLTD and statespecific leave programs
- HRIS and Leave Management systems such as Workday ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Case management documentation and employee lifecycle processes
- Data analysis and reporting using Excel or similar tools
- For USfocused roles knowledge of FMLA ADA ShortTerm Disability (STD) LongTerm Disability (LTD) and statespecific leave regulations is preferred
- Strong employeecustomer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations professionally Roles and Responsibilities:
