Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1+ year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to close open positions within the required timelines.

Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.





Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Mandatory: Fluency in Malayalam (spoken).
- Positive knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
- Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. will be an advantage.
