Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and consultants.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with HODs and candidates.
Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve hiring.
And other HR head provide work additional
Required Skills: Positive communication, sourcing, screening, coordination, follow-up, and MS Excel skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
