We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, and other HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in joining formalities and documentation of recent employees.
Qualification- BBA or MBA Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
