Responsibilities
- Source candidates through field visits, walk-ins, referrals, job portals, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Schedule interviews and follow up until joining.
- Maintain candidate data and daily reports.
- Meet hiring targets.
Requirements
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Willing to travel locally; own two-wheeler preferred.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
