Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR skilled with 13 years of experience, primarily in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, along with an interest/ability in Social Media, Employer Branding and Content Creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage recruitment activities from manpower requirement understanding to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-up and joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri and other relevant recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening/discussions and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases, talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Identify and develop recruitment sources including institutes and external channels.
- Develop and execute employer-branding and social media content for HI-FAB.
- Identify content opportunities from employees, departments, workplace activities, achievements and organisational initiatives.
- Create photographs,



videos, reels and other social media content, including basic editing and design.
- Support employee engagement, employee experience, learning & development and other HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, coordinate with employees/departments and follow up on assigned activities.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Any Stream
- Preferred: MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM / PGDBA / PGDTD
- Experience: 13 years, primarily in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
