- Responsibilities
- Source & screen candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (interviews, offers, onboarding).
- Partner with managers to understand role requirements.
- Build strong pipelines for IT recruitment
- Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (IT + non-IT).
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
