Job Overview

Tata Toyo Radiator Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruitment drives and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri and other job portals.
- Robust sourcing and screening capabilities.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work from the TTR Chakan Plant.

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent-Preferred
