Role: HR Recruiter
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Responsibilities:
* Source and screen candidates through calls and online platforms.
* Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
* Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
* Meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
* Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environmental
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
