Urgent Hiring: Junior HR Payroll

Location: Chennai (Corporate Office)

Qualification: MBA/MSW (pursing final year Candidate can also apply)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Salary: ₹ 13,000 to 15,000 per month

Work Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior for HR Payroll to join our HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll management, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes within a qualified work environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Attendance Management:

Monitor, verify, and maintain daily employee attendance records with accuracy. Ensure all attendance entries are properly updated and discrepancies are resolved in coordination with concerned departments.

HRMS Data Management:

Maintain and regularly update employee records in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System). Ensure all employee information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Payroll Assistance:





Support the payroll team in processing monthly salaries, including data validation, attendance inputs, leave records, and other payroll components.

Documentation & Compliance:

Assist with the payroll head in preparing & issuing necessary HR letter & notice.

Statutory:

Assist with payroll team for PF & ESI enrolment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Basic knowledge of HR processes, Payroll
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge in Salary split- up, ESI & PF
- Intermediate skill in Excel and computer applications
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
