Role Overview:

We are looking for a HR professional with a solid blend of HR Operations and HR Analytics. The role requires hands-on experience in HR reporting, MIS, dashboard creation, data management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee movements, and exits.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership.
- Create and manage dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Ensure HR data accuracy through validation, auditing, and data governance.
- Coordinate with HRBPs and business stakeholders for reporting and HR requirements.
- Support process improvement, automation, and workforce reporting initiatives.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Analytics, or HR Reporting.
