This role is an prospect to contribute to a growing business by helping build a consistent, well-organized HR function. As HR Officer, you will support day-to-day people operations, help maintain a positive employee experience, and partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure HR processes are handled accurately, professionally, and with care.

Responsibilities

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration across the business
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel data
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters




- Coordinate performance reviews, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices

Requirements Required Qualifications

- Degree from a top tier 1 university in India
- Up to 2-3 years of HR experience, including support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
- Experience coordinating performance reviews and training initiatives
- Experience supporting hiring managers, department heads, employees across the business, and senior leadership
- Business-fluent English for professional communication
- Eligible to work in India

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with payroll systems or Zoho People
- Knowledge of Indian labor law, statutory compliance, and payroll compliance
- Knowledge of employee documentation standards
