- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle blue-collar and white-collar manpower and manpower planning.
- Manage employee grievances, discipline, and industrial relations.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage contract labour and labour contractors.
- Implement HR policies, KRAs, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower and workforce-related requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
