Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment for blue-collar workers and factory staff.
- Manage labor hiring and workforce planning as per production requirements.
- Manage monthly payroll processing and attendance records.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee administrative functions of the organization.
- Coordinate and maintain records related to PF, ESIC, labor law, and other compliance matters.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability and effective labor deployment.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum relevant experience in a manufacturing industry HR role.
- Blue-Collar Hiring
- KPI & SOP Implementation
- Labor Manpower Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
