Job Title: Traveling HR Manager / HR Generalist

About Us

We are a fast-growing restaurant chain specializing in authentic Mandhi cuisines. As we expand our footprint across multiple locations, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on HR Manager to manage human resources operations, drive recruitment, oversee branch-level training, and conduct performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Hiring:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant branches (chefs, kitchen staff, service crew, cashiers, and store managers).
- Source candidates through local sourcing, job portals, and walk-in interviews.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Training & Development:
- Travel across all branches to evaluate service standards and operational workflows.
- Coordinate and conduct customer service, food safety, and operational training for all branch staff.
- Implement continuous learning programs to upgrade staff skills and maintain food quality/service consistency.
- Performance Management:
- Design and execute regular performance appraisal systems for branch employees.
- Track employee KPIs, address performance gaps,



and recommend incentives or promotions.
- General HR & Employee Relations:
- Manage daily HR operations, attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and leave management.
- Handle employee grievances, maintain a positive work culture, and ensure branch-level discipline.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and restaurant industry standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably within the Hospitality, Restaurant, or F&B; industry.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively to all company branches.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Local language fluency (Malayalam) is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
