- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding and manpower planning.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Support training, development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
- Maintain organizational structure, job descriptions and personnel records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Assist management in disciplinary procedures and implementation of HR policies.
- Promote a professional, ethical and productive workplace culture.
- Support HR initiatives aligned with business growth and organizational objectives.

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment and Employee Relations.
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Valuable understanding of payroll and attendance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information.
- Experience in Gems & Jewellery, Retail,



Manufacturing or Trading will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Mumbai from West Bengal and other states.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi
