Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR Manager role based in Pune City. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing attendance and payroll coordination with relevant teams, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves supporting training and development initiatives, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and partnering with leadership to build a positive, safe,



and inclusive work environment aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes suitable for manufacturing and technical roles.

- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and statutory requirements relevant to Indian manufacturing operations.

- Ability to manage HR documentation, payroll inputs, attendance records, and HR information systems.

- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams across shop floor and office.

- Demonstrated capability in training coordination, skills development programs, and organizational development initiatives.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Prior experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly beneficial.

- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
