We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager from the FMCG/Manufacturing/Retailindustry who brings hands-on expertise in managing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR operations, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Management, HRIS, HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and handling HR team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the organisation’s people-focused HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across South India.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels and talent pipelines.

Talent Management

- Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen employee experience and organisational culture.
- Coordinate and administer the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Support performance goal setting, reviews, feedback, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs in consultation with functional heads.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capability and performance.

HR Operations & Statutory Compliance

- Lead, mentor, supervise the HR operations team and oversee day-to-day HR operations across all departments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to department heads for all HR-related matters.




- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leave management, salary inputs, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Welfare fund, PT, Tax, etc.)
- Conduct audit and ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, PCB, Factories, fire and safety, POSH, etc.)
- Administer and optimize HRIS for personnel records, attendance, leave, payroll, employee life cycle, performance management.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and organisational standards.

Team Management

- Lead, guide, and manage the HR & Admin team to ensure effective delivery of HR activities.
- Build team capability through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure coordination and collaboration within the HR team and with other departments.

Key Skills

- Expert in HRIS, Payroll, Statutory regulations.

- Proficient in Excel, HR analytics, reports and presentation.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, result-oriented with robust execution capabilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
