HR Manager – Interior Fit-Out Industry

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage HR & administrative functions for an interior fit-out organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee management, recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and site/project manpower coordination.

The candidate will work closely with Management and Project, Production, Design, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure effective manpower management and a professional workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
- Handle recruitment for corporate, showroom, production, project, installation, and site-level positions.
- Prepare manpower plans based on project requirements, business expansion, and operational needs.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations teams for site manpower planning and deployment.
- Develop and monitor KPI/KRA and performance appraisal systems.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, overtime, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace conduct, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and communication guidelines.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention, training, and organizational development initiatives.




- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies for statutory compliance and HR-related requirements.
- Support management in organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and business expansion.
- Promote a professional, disciplined, productive, and positive work culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Building Materials, Architecture, Manufacturing, or Project-based organizations.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and labour compliance.
- Experience handling both office and project/site workforce will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting/MIS.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and work closely with senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in interior fit-out companies, turnkey projects, construction, modular interiors, furniture, building materials, or project-based organizations will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
