About the Role

We are looking for an HR & Payroll Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee-related activities for our team, including extended staff involved in packaging, transport, and other operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance and salary records.
- Handle PF, ESI and other statutory compliance-related activities .
- Coordinate employee documentation, joining formalities, exits, and HR records.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime and payroll-related data.
- Coordinate with employees and operational staff regarding salary, attendance and HR-related queries.
- Manage HR-related documentation and ensure records are updated regularly.




- Coordinate with external agencies, consultants or government portals wherever required for PF, ESI and other compliance matters.
- Support HR operations for extended staff such as packaging and transport personnel.
- Ensure timely completion of payroll and statutory requirements.
- Handle other day-to-day HR and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll management .
- Good practical knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll processing and statutory compliance .
- Experience handling attendance, salary calculations and employee records.
- Comfortable working with operational/extended staff and coordinating with different teams.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willing to work full time from the Uppal office .

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with hands-on experience managing payroll and statutory compliance are preferred.
- Male candidates may be preferred considering the role involves regular coordination with extended operational staff, including packaging and transport teams.
