Company Overview A rapidly growing, professionally managed fashion retail organization with a strong multi-location presence across India. The company is undergoing a transition from traditional HR processes to a more structured, technology-enabled and data-driven HR function.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall Corporate HR function across multiple retail locations, driving HR strategy, governance and organizational effectiveness.
- Own HR operations including Payroll, HRMS, policies, processes, compliance and HR reporting, ensuring accuracy and standardization.
- Drive HR digital transformation and HRMS implementation, including process standardization, SOPs, system migration, automation and analytics.
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and L&D;, including workforce planning, critical hiring,



PMS, capability building and succession planning.
- Build robust HR dashboards and MIS covering manpower, attrition, hiring, productivity, performance and manpower cost.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a lead/corporate HR role.
- Experience in fashion, apparel or retail is preferred.
- Robust exposure to HRMS implementation, HR digital transformation, payroll, PMS, L&D;, TA, HR policies and compliance.
- Should have experience in transforming HR from an unstructured/traditional setup to a more organized and technology-led function.
- Strong HR analytics, governance, stakeholder management and change-management capabilities.
- Experience managing multi-location HR operations and working closely with senior leadership.
