Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in onboarding and HR documentation
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR records and assist with HR communications

Requirements:

- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Solid interest in building a career in HR
