Location: MIDC Road No. 9, Andheri East, Mumbai (Near MIDC Metro Station)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern Hiring & Talent Acquisition to support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across various roles and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen profiles through telephonic and face-to-face interviews and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Understand candidates’ experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and job preferences.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, documentation, and joining.
- Assist in preparing and posting Job Descriptions (JDs) on recruitment platforms.




- Support the HR team in maintaining daily and weekly recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Assist with joining formalities, documentation, and basic onboarding activities.
- Support the HR team in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool.

Candidate Profile

- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interested in building a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Freshers and candidates looking for practical Interested in building a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition experience are welcome.
