We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in Recruitment & HR Operations.

Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates
- Make recruitment calls and conduct initial screening
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers
- Assist with joining formalities and documentation
- Support attendance and employee records
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:

- Good communication skills
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Comfortable making candidate calls
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn
- Freshers are welcome

Who can apply: BBA/BCom/MBA-HR or relevant graduates. Stipend: ₹8,000/month
