About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Intern to join our team in Powai. This role is focused entirely on talent acquisition and recruitment, giving you hands-on experience in managing the hiring process and working with candidates.

What You’ll Do

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Understand job requirements and proactively identify relevant profiles.
- Support the team in meeting hiring targets and timelines.

What We’re Looking For
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with people.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.

PPO Opportunity This is a 6-month internship with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity based on performance. Candidates who demonstrate strong ownership, consistency, communication skills, and performance during the internship may be considered for a full time Recruitment role with us.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
