Position: HR Generalist

Location: Dilsukhnagar

Salary: 30-40k

Experience Required: 2 years as an HR Generalist (essential)

Preferred Industry: Retail Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment through various job portals and walk-in drives
- Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees across all store locations
- Maintain a secure and up-to-date database of all employee information
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, and relieving letters
- Promote and develop employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and morale
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal compliance
- Collect and assess HR data for performance management; provide inputs during appraisal and bonus discussions
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees on matters relating to leaves, compensation, and grievance resolution
- Provide strategic HR inputs to management for continuous improvement of work culture and employee development





Eligibility & Requirements

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (essential)

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist (essential)
- Prior experience in the retail pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRMS software (experience with Greythr preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities across a multi-location retail environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
