: Linfield Skillverse is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Faculty to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions with practical industry insights.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver HRM training sessions to students. Teach Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, Performance Management, Labour Laws, and Employee Relations. Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments. Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and workshops. Monitor student progress and provide guidance.



Support students with career development and interview preparation. Stay updated with the latest HR trends and practices.

Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, MBA HR, or related field. Strong knowledge of HR functions and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Teaching/training experience is preferred. Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply.
