About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive to own end-to-end talent acquisition and new-hire onboarding. You will make sure every hire is sourced, selected, and integrated smoothly, and that new joiners feel set up for success from day one.

Key responsibilities

Talent acquisition

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus outreach
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage offer rollout and support salary negotiations within approved bands
- Maintain the hiring tracker and report on funnel metrics and time-to-hire

Onboarding
- Manage pre-joining formalities, including documentation, background verification, and offer-to-joining follow-ups




- Coordinate day-one readiness, including workstation, system access, and welcome materials
- Run first-30-day and probation check-ins and track milestones with managers
- Collect recent-joiner feedback and recommend improvements to the onboarding process

General HR support
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with basic labour requirements such as offer letters, PF/ESI, and POSH awareness
- Support employer branding initiatives and internship hiring

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
